1. Agreement
These terms ("Terms") govern access to and use of the AccessGlade platform ("Service"), provided by [Legal entity]("we," "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent ("Customer").
2. The service
AccessGlade is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for discovering URLs on websites you operate, scanning them for accessibility issues using axe-core, and surfacing the findings in a triage workflow. Specifics of each plan's features and limits are listed at accessglade.com/pricing.
3. Your account
- You must be 16 or older to create an account.
- One human per login. Don't share credentials across people; invite each member instead.
- You're responsible for what happens under your account, including the actions of any sub-processors you authorize (e.g., Jira / Linear / GitHub credentials you provide).
- Tell us promptly at security@accessglade.com if you suspect compromise.
4. Acceptable use
You may use AccessGlade to scan a website if any of the following is true:
- Your organization owns the website.
- The website's owner has authorized you in writing to perform accessibility audits.
- The website is your customer's, and your engagement covers accessibility testing.
You may not use AccessGlade to:
- Scan websites you have no right to scan, including for vulnerability research, content scraping, or competitive intelligence.
- Bypass authentication, paywalls, robots.txt, or rate limits on a target site without the site owner's consent.
- Use scan output to harm site owners or users — including automated re-publication of crawled content.
- Disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying code of the Service, except as expressly permitted by law.
- Resell access to AccessGlade as if it were your own product (a "wrapper") without written agreement.
- Use AccessGlade to train machine-learning models on findings, snippets, or any content we host on your behalf.
Findings persist for the retention window of your plan. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without notice if the violation is severe enough to threaten platform integrity or other customers.
5. Customer data
Customer data — including findings, URL inventory, comments, integration tokens, and anything you upload — remains yours. We store it under a license that lets us run the Service for you and nothing else. Privacy details, sub-processors, and retention live in the Privacy policy.
6. Fees
- Free tier carries no fee.
- Paid plans are billed per seat, monthly or annually in advance. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated; local taxes may apply.
- Adding seats mid-cycle is prorated. Removing seats takes effect at the end of the cycle.
- Invoices for late payment may suspend access; we'll send written notice first.
7. Term & termination
- You may cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- We may terminate for material breach (e.g., violation of section 4) or non-payment after 30 days' notice.
- On termination: data is retained for 30 days for export, then deleted. Backups age out within an additional 30 days.
8. Service-level objective
We target 99.9% monthly uptimeon the dashboard and ingestion API. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance and excluded. We don't currently offer a contractual SLA on Free, Starter, or Business plans; Enterprise SLAs are negotiated individually.
9. Warranties & disclaimers
AccessGlade detects a subset of accessibility issues automatically. Manual review by a qualified human is still required for full WCAG conformance. The Service is provided "as is" — to the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, lost revenue, or lost data.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, including (but not limited to) claims that you scanned a site without authorization or that integration tokens you supplied were used without permission.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Changes
Material changes are notified via email to the primary owner of each organization at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
