  • Can I switch plans later?
    Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you keep what you paid for.
  • What happens if I exceed seats?
    Free is hard-capped at 3 seats. On Starter and Business, inviting a teammate when you're at capacity prompts you to add a seat (we don't auto-charge without a click). Removing a member doesn't auto-decrement seats — that's a deliberate admin action so you don't end up with surprise refunds or rolled-back access.
  • Why no per-scan metering?
    Because it's the wrong incentive. We want you scanning more, not less. Pricing is per-seat to keep the math predictable. If your usage genuinely outgrows the model we'll talk first; we won't surprise-bill you.
  • Do you offer non-profit or education discounts?
    Yes — 50% off Starter and Business for verified non-profits, public sector, and accredited educational institutions. Email hello@accessglade.com with proof.
  • How is my data handled?
    Tenant data is isolated at the database layer with Row-Level Security: a finding from org A is mathematically unable to appear in a query made by org B. We store findings, a 5KB snippet of the violating element's enclosing landmark (for component rollup), and account data — nothing else. Full details on the help page.
  • Can I bring my own scanner?
    Yes. POST EARL JSON-LD to /api/ingest. We accept axe-core, Lighthouse, and macOS-native shapes today; we're happy to add more if you have a scanner we don't support.
  • What does Enterprise mean exactly?
    Enterprise unlocks SAML / SCIM provisioning, choice of data residency (US / EU / AU), custom history retention, audit log export, and a dedicated CSM with an SLA. 30-seat minimum so the touchpoints actually scale. Talk to sales to size it.
